5 Decades of Passion
for Machines

We’re a family-run business, and we treat
our clients as family as well.

Glen Maurice started Maurice & Maurice Engineering on May 2nd, 1973. It began in Montclair, California, with Glen working with his father, Fred Maurice, and brother, Greg Maurice.

They possessed a few manual lathes (Brown and Sharpe) and mills (Bridgeport), and their main customer was Andrew Communications Corporation, which made components for big antennas.

Maurice & Maurice developed gradually as their client base expanded into sub-tiers of Andrews’ vendors and other suppliers. Glen got associated with ITT Night Vision, which is situated in Roanoke, Virginia.
